Last week’s number of active players in the all time top ten players stayed the same as in previous week at 7. mrjohnson the Oga Ot’a of Nigeria 🇳🇬 mrjohnson remains at the top of the pile, with a decreased 2340 points. This occurred as a result of some draws and losses, including his first ayele loss, to ayoboss 🇧🇯. The composition of the list has changed. There are now 4 players from Nigeria 🇳🇬, 3 from Bénin 🇧🇯 2 from Ghana 🇬🇭 & 1 player from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿.

The threshold for entry into the active top ten list increased, with kongadji 🇬🇭 making it in 10th position with 1940 points. Once again all the players in this list are orange & red ranked (1800+). The composition of players in this list remains the same, with 3 players from Nigeria 🇳🇬, 4 from Benin 🇧🇯, and 3 from Ghana 🇬🇭. Well done to the players who managed to make it into this weeks list. 👏👏👏.

The giant of Afrika, Nigeria’s 🇳🇬  dominance of both top ten ranking lists continues with 4 & 3 players in each respectively: mrjohnson, joshyboo1, akinking & aiyedunseun. Benin 🇧🇯 along with Nigeria 🇳🇬 are the nations with the most players in both lists, with 3 & 4 players in both lists: ayoboss, leprophete senateur, bobstar & kongadji. Ghana 🇬🇭 follows with the 2 & 3 players in each list respectively: issahfuseinji, ayirungo, & jamal123.

Well done to all the players on the playok platform who battled in the ashanti room  last week and making it as vibrant as it is. Congratulations to those players among the many who prevailed to make it into either top ten lists last week, especially the active list 👏👏👏. It will become even more vibrant once we all engage in recruiting new players, from novices to grandmasters to the platform.
